Preparing detailed engineering documents for approval including – but not limited to – the
following:-
- Tagging system configuration.
- Site lay out.
- Design, review and preparation of detailed dimensional civil drawings.
- Mechanical & electrical components lay out & site location determination.
- Mechanical components detailed construction drawings.
- Steel structures detailed construction workshop drawings – if required.
- Different piping network allocation & actual paths.
- Piping isometric drawings in particular locations.
- Mechanical & electrical components bill of material with brief description and
expected approx. weights. - Process instrumentation diagram (P+ID) identified by tag. Nos.
- Logic ladders – if PLCs are to be employed.
- Cable trenches layout and various sections identified by tag. nos.
- Cable lists c/w cable specifications, cross sections, functions, and lengths.
- Electrical circuits single line diagrams.
- Typical electrical circuit three wire diagram.
- Electrical panel inside/outside components location identified with tag. nos.
- Electrical components list with specifications.
Junction boxes/terminal blocks wiring diagrams showing cable termination colored
numerically coded.
- Process instruments connection diagrams identified with tag. nos.
- Process instruments hookup drawings c/w list of mounting material.
A part from the above, all calculation notes and copies of international standards
could be used and attached as the system guide line.
