We are also capable of taking over all after commissioning services. Once the project is handed over,
all as built documents are ready to be submitted to the client. Such documents are included-but not limited to the following:-
- As built drawings – if varied from engineering documents.
- System instruction manuals.
- Components instruction manuals and maintenance procedures.
- Components instruction manuals and maintenance procedures.
- Schedule of system pre-commissioning and start-up precautions.
- List of recommended spare parts, which should be always available in stock.
- Manufacturer specifications and data per equipment.
- Spare parts data sheet and part no. for each piece of equipment.
- Expected trouble shooting causes and ways to overcome.
